ABSTRACT

PROCEDER (Canarian Ecodesign Programme for Local Sustainable Development) proposes a strategic action with a global reach and integrating various disciplines and levels of action. Its second initiative is this Seminar, a logical continuation of the Ecodesign Workshop held throughout the month of February. It is based on the results of the latter and will continue along the policy guidelines of the PROCEDER programme, which is to evaluate, in research-action, the potential of Ecodesign to contribute to the processes of Local Sustainable Development in insular contexts.
