SEMINAR
Accepting that we cannot plan a city and, at once, wait for it to be changed by the passing of time, what makes it more complex, we must be able to incorporate different time parameters in the very planning that, acting as catalysts of the process, will stimulate a more complex and stratified development; like in certain chemical formulas, that precipitates this time in its interior. An open growth structure that uses time as a crucial factor in its form. Or better, an open structure that facilitates the role of time as the truly structuring parameter of the form. Does there exist the possibility of introducing the time of growth as a controlled project material? Does there exist the possibility of a complex system in which the variable of time gives way to new spatial orderings? Can it reach an inductive structure with a certain idea of perfectible city?
